Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email address and shipping address at checkout. We keep these with the items ordered, amounts, and our order reference. We use this information to fill and confirm your order.
Payments
Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details never reach our servers.
Analytics
We record first-party events, including page views, cart and checkout steps, and purchases, in our own database. We deliberately exclude IP addresses, user agents, and email addresses.
We reduce referrers to their origin: the scheme and host only. We keep only five link-tagging fields: source, medium, campaign, content, and term.
Cookies
We use two first-party cookies containing opaque random IDs. The visitor ID lasts about 90 days. The visit ID lasts about 30 minutes. These IDs are random bytes and are never derived from your IP address, email address, or user agent.
An opaque cart-ID cookie lets the cart pages read your cart. The cart and its items live in your browser and do not leave it until checkout.
We use the Meta Pixel, third-party code from Meta (the company behind Facebook), to measure page views on our site. The Pixel may set its own cookies.
QR codes
When you scan a QR code on one of our printed cards, we record which code was scanned, when it was scanned, and the attributes set on that code when it was created. We do not record your IP address, email address, or user agent. A scan is not tied to a personal identity.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share order data only with:
- Stripe, our payment processor
- Our print partner, which receives your name, shipping address, and email address to make and send your order
- Our email delivery provider, which sends your confirmation email
- Our hosting provider
We do not share it with anyone else.
No accounts
There are no customer accounts. There is nothing to log into.
