Terms of Sale

What we sell

We sell made-to-order canvas prints of four paintings by Jack Hobson-Dupont: Hoisting the Gaff, Sconset Garden Gate, Slack Tide, and Turn of the Tide. Prints are available stretched or framed. Our print partner produces and ships each print after you order. Nothing ships from stock.

Ordering and payment

You order through our site's cart. Payment is taken on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details never reach our servers.

After payment, you receive an order confirmation email.

Prices, tax, and shipping

Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Sales tax is calculated automatically from your shipping address. Massachusetts orders carry 6.25% sales tax. Other destinations currently carry no tax.

Shipping is a flat $13.99 per order. It is currently waived under our free-shipping promotion, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Production time is separate from shipping time. We do not promise a delivery window.

Order references

Every order has our own reference in the format AIA-<date>-<serial>. It appears on the confirmation screen and in your confirmation email. Please include it whenever you contact us about your order.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed entirely by our Returns page.

No accounts

There are no customer accounts. Your order exists as its order reference and confirmation email.
